Qualifications

• Skilled in written and verbal communication.
• Complete all Safety and general job training as required.
• Observe safety and quality processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plans new or modified installations to effectively and efficiently construct or repair wiring, fixture, or equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of assigned craft workers.
• Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for area of supervision.
• Enforces safety regulations and company policies.
• Establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet construction schedule and labor availability.
• Studies schedules and estimates worker-hour requirements for completion of job.
• Attends project planning / scheduling meetings.
• Analyzes and resolves work problems.
• Maintains time records.
• Inspects quality of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications.
• Rates information using personal judgment or measurable standards.
• Works within precise limits or standards of accuracy.
• Detects, recognizes and responds to dangerous conditions or situations.
• Performs frequent safety inspections of work area, equipment, tools, and employees.
