Job summary

YES Electric is seeking an experienced Project Foreman to oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish in Dickinson, ND. You will supervise crews, coordinate daily work, and ensure safety and on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical construction, leadership experience, NEC/OSHA knowledge, and a valid driver's license. Journeyman/Master Electrician license preferred per state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and energy projects.
• Plan, organize, and assign daily work activities to maximize productivity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers.
• Ensure NEC codes and safety standards are followed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Monitor project schedules, labor hours, and material usage.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and safety briefings.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve problems efficiently.
• Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure work is completed before closeout.
