Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures.
• Supervise sub-contractors and field staff, coordinating construction activities.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and laws.
• Maintain construction schedule and ensure timely inspections and materials ordering.
• Communicate effectively with owners, engineers, and large employee groups.
• Interview, hire, and train direct reports and manage performance.
