Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10 years as a construction superintendent; 15+ years if no degree.
• OSHA certification required; strong safety knowledge.
• Proficient with project scheduling, planning, organization, and document control.
• Experience with MS Office, scheduling software, and document control systems.
• Excellent communication and coordination with subcontractors and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies.
• Supervise sub-contractors and field staff.
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities.
• Mentor Level I-III Superintendents.
• Travel to different job sites on short notice.
• Maintain construction schedule and records.
• Ensure proper documentation and inspections.
