Job summary

Flintco LLC's Eagle Butte, SD project is seeking a Project Engineer to support the Project Manager and Superintendent with administrative and technical work. You will maintain project documentation, logs, and correspondence, and assist in reviewing subcontracts and purchase orders to ensure accuracy of the scope and contract amounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in construction management or construction trades or equivalent.
• On-site role at a large commercial project in Eagle Butte, SD with travel support.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in writing/reviewing subcontracts and purchase orders to assure scope and amounts are correct.
• Review project documents and coordinate with Architect, Owner, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in determining submittal requirements and maintain the submittal log; expedite materials to meet schedule.
• Help develop and maintain the overall project schedule and perform regular site visits.
• Maintain daily records and prepare weekly timesheets and payrolls as needed.
• Receive and disseminate correspondence to ensure timely responses and changes are acted upon.
