Harvard University’s Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is seeking a Senior Program Associate, Online Learning – Advanced Learning Academy to support design, development, delivery and engagement across online and hybrid offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3 years+ of related experience is required.
• Master’s degree in public health, education, instructional design, or related field preferred.
• Experience supporting online or hybrid programs, ideally in higher education, executive education, or a similar mission-driven setting.
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Canvas, Zoom or other video-conferencing tools, and standard office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support during course runs, including monitoring discussion boards and rosters.
• Support faculty and guest speakers before and during live sessions, ensuring logistics and technology work smoothly.
• Respond to routine learner inquiries about schedules and access, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Coordinate logistics for synchronous or in-person components such as orientations and office hours.
• Administer learner feedback mechanisms and compile evaluation data for stakeholders.
