Job summary

Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health is seeking a Senior Program Manager for the National Preparedness Leadership Initiative. The role leads client-facing programs, from inquiry through delivery, coordinating with faculty, external partners, and Harvard offices to ensure successful outcomes.

You will manage timelines, scope, budgets, and communications, supporting proposal development, contracting, and ongoing program enhancements in a remote/hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full administrative lifecycle of custom and residential programs from inquiry to delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with faculty, clients, and Harvard partners to align content, logistics and expectations.
• Prepare client updates on milestones, issues, and resolutions.
• Support contracting, budgeting, and documentation for engagements.
