Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent; 5+ years in pharma/biotech sales/MSL/HCP roles.
• Ability to communicate clinical data clearly to physicians.
• Proven credibility with customers and team.
• Experience in oncology is preferred.
• Strong account management and sales performance track record.

Responsibilities

• Promote approved indications within a defined territory to meet sales targets.
• Engage HCPs with scientific dialogue aligned with label and CE^3 insights.
• Maintain credibility with RTLs and physicians; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and outcomes.
• Use CE^3 and other tools to inform call plans and gather feedback.
