Qualifications

Advanced scientific degree and/or preferred 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience as healthcare sales / MSL / HCP / nurse.
Ability to communicate scientific or clinical data accurately to help physicians serve patients.
Demonstrated credibility with key customers and stakeholders; customer-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

Promotes approved indications within territory to meet/exceed targets in a compliant manner.
Creates demand by articulating clinical rationale for product use.
Engages with and maintains scientific expertise in assigned products/therapeutic areas.
Prepares and implements territory and account plans.
Uses CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans; provides feedback for improvement.
