Qualifications

• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
• Experience building credibility with key customers and different stakeholder groups.
• Oncology experience is preferred.
• Strong account management, selling competencies and track record of meeting goals.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a positive team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Promotes approved indications of BMS products within a defined territory to meet/exceed targets.
• Articulates clinical/scientific rationale for product use to HCPs.
• Maintains scientific expertise across all assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Prepares territory/account plans and uses CE^3 insights to inform call plans.
• Collaborates with other field teams to optimize customer experience and compliance.
