Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of sales or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field.
• Associate degree and 6 years of sales or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field.
• High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales or clinical experience in healthcare/scientific field.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan to deliver branded messages and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accounts, ensure product access, resolve reimbursement issues, and manage contracts.
• Craft an effective marketing strategy to drive sales.
• Analyze territory performance and develop plans with the District Manager.
• Maintain passion for oncology products throughout the sales cycle and promote the brand.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and stay curious for growth.
