Job summary

Cardinal Health, through its Navista network, seeks a Senior Clinical Oncology Solutions Architect to design, build, and support interoperable clinical integration solutions across oncology practices. The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, security, and scalable architectures within a multi-practice MSO environment.

You will collaborate with architects, product managers, clinicians, vendors, and engineers to deliver HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems that integrate EHR/EMR, RCM, and LIS

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of software engineering, systems integration, or healthcare tech experience
• 3+ years direct experience with clinical applications or healthcare platforms
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems, healthcare integrations, and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7)
• Experience in regulated HIPAA/HITRUST environments
• Experience designing or supporting integration engines or care coordination platforms

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support integrations across clinical and business systems including EHR/EMR, RCM, LIS and pharmacy
• Implement interoperable solutions using FHIR, HL7, REST APIs
• Translate clinical workflows into scalable technical designs
• Lead hands-on development of interfaces and integration workflows
• Review code and integration logic for reliability, security, and performance
• Mentor engineers and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders
