Job summary

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in software engineering, systems integration, or healthcare technology environments.
• 3+ years of direct experience with clinical applications or healthcare platforms.
• Experience with clinical workflows and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7).
• Experience with EHR systems, healthcare integrations, and HIPAA/HITRUST compliance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support integrations across oncology clinical and business systems (EHR/EMR, RCM, PACS, LIS, pharmacy).
• Implement interoperable solutions using FHIR, HL7, REST APIs, and industry patterns.
• Collaborate with solution architects and product teams to translate workflows into technical designs.
• Lead hands-on development and configuration of interfaces and workflows.
• Review code and integration logic for reliability, performance, and security.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Mentor engineers and communicate risks and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
