Concord Technologies seeks a Solutions Architect to lead discovery sessions, translate healthcare workflows into scalable Concord solutions and define architecture across Concord Cloud Fax, NEXTSTEP, Direct Secure Messaging, and APIs.

You’ll bridge Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful implementations and repeatable delivery of secure healthcare integrations.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in solutions architecture or customer-facing technical roles.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare document workflows and interoperability standards.
• Experience writing SOWs, technical scopes, and implementation plans.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery sessions to capture current-state workflows and requirements.
• Design target-state workflows for fax, messaging, processing, and delivery.
• Define architecture across Concord Cloud Fax, NEXTSTEP, Concord Connect, and APIs.
• Support SOW/PRD creation with cross-functional teams.
• Guide complex implementations from onboarding to handoff.
• Document requirements, diagrams, interface specs, and test plans.
