Job summary

Merck is seeking an Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) to support field-based operational execution for an oncology mRNA therapy. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare or life sciences experience (sales, account management, or provider operations).
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record with provider organizations and operational stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for product treatment sites and educate on workflow, system setup, and requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Ensure sites have capabilities for end-to-end treatment journey execution.
• Serve as product operational SME for assigned sites on processes, operations, and logistics.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues; triage and coordinate across functions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure consistent site experience.
• Build relationships with site operational leaders and deliver reliable support.
• Use data/dashboards to assess site metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Synthesize site feedback to improve HQ communications and workflows.
