Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for treatment sites.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Ensure treatment sites have operational capabilities for end-to-end journey.
• Serve as product operational SME for assigned treatment sites.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure consistent experience.
• Build trusted relationships with site operational leaders.
• Utilize dashboards to assess site metrics and identify improvements.
• Synthesize site feedback to enhance HQ processes and education.
