Job summary

This field-based, non-promotional role collaborates with cross-functional teams, travels up to 50%, and requires a Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in healthcare or life sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem.
• Proven track record of working with provider organizations and operational stakeholders to implement workflows for complex therapies.
• Ability to operate in evolving processes with multiple dependencies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness support for product treatment sites, educating on workflow, system setup, and operational requirements.
• Deliver process-focused education for site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Ensure sites have capabilities for end-to-end treatment journey execution in a reliable manner.
• Serve as the product operations SME for assigned sites and provide process, operations, and logistics support.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues, triaging via cross-functional coordination.
• Collaborate with cross-functional oncology field teams to ensure coordinated engagement.
• Build relationships with site operational leaders through consistent, reliable support.
• Use data dashboards to assess site metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Synthesize feedback to enhance HQ communications and workflows.
