Job summary

Merck & Co., Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) to educate and support treatment sites in onboarding readiness, workflow setup, and end-to-end operational execution.

This field-based role concentrates on non-clinical operations and requires strong cross-functional alignment across sites. The TSL will coordinate with cross-functional oncology teams, manage site relationships, and drive reliable operational support throughout the product journey from

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences operations.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional workflows and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and readiness for product treatment sites with focus on workflow, system setup, and requirements.
• Provide process-focused education to site stakeholders using approved resources.
• Ensure sites have capabilities for end-to-end treatment journey and operational readiness.
• Serve as product operations subject matter expert for assigned sites and address operations/logistics.
• Act as primary contact for operational issues and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
• Collaborate with oncology field teams to ensure a consistent experience for treatment sites.
