EPM Scientific is seeking a Senior Oncology Sales Specialist to drive adoption and utilization of a targeted oncology therapy across South-Central Texas, including Austin and San Antonio. You will develop strategic territory plans, build relationships with oncology stakeholders, and achieve sales objectives in a competitive market.

The role requires a track record in pharmaceutical or biotech sales, oncology experience, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience.
• Oncology and/or rare disease experience required.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Strong clinical acumen and account management skills.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsabilités

• Drive territory performance and achieve sales goals.
• Build relationships with oncologists, nurses, practice managers, and key account stakeholders.
• Deliver clinical education and compelling product discussions.
• Execute strategic business plans to increase product adoption.
• Partner cross-functionally with Market Access, MSLs, Nurse Educators, and Marketing teams.
