Job summary

AbbVie Oncology seeks an experienced Oncology Nurse Educator to support allied healthcare professionals with disease and product education across hematology and solid tumors. This field-based role focuses on patient management education, dosing, administration, and adverse event mitigation, working within AbbVie’s oncology culture.

You will develop customized educational plans, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide ongoing clinical education at meetings and in-services to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD; active HCP license.
• 7+ years of clinical oncology/hematology experience; recent hematology preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and drive a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Educate allied healthcare professionals on product and disease education for patient management.
• Develop a customized educational plan based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Deliver 1:1 education and in-services to clinical staff and patient care teams.
• Present clinical information at internal national, regional and local meetings.
• Provide staff support at exhibit booths and training initiatives for the sales team.
