AbbVie Oncology is seeking a highly experienced Oncology Nurse Educator to support allied health professionals with product and disease education, focusing on patient management, dosing, administration, and adverse event management across hematologic and solid tumor malignancies.

The role is field-based with up to 50% travel, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and education program delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Current active HCP license.
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience; recent multiple myeloma preferred.
• Experience in academic/community oncology practice with Hematology/Oncology patients.
• Excellent communication, goal setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% with overnight/weekend travel.

Mansioni

• Serve as a strategic education leader across oncology accounts with approved resources.
• Develop customized educational plans based on account dynamics and clinical insights.
• Educate clinicians on identification and role of approved therapies for hematologic and solid tumors.
• Explain preparation, administration, and adverse event management of products.
• Deliver education programs via 1:1 presentations and group sessions.
• Document customer interactions and optimize allocation of resources.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, clinical ops, and medical teams as needed.
• Potentially provide education to patients in advocacy settings using approved materials.
