Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking an Executive Oncology Sales Representative to drive and expand our oncology portfolio across Charlotte, Raleigh, Chesapeake and surrounding accounts. You will articulate a strong value proposition, present clinical data, and build trusted relationships with key customers.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, willingness to travel (overnights/weekends), and a proven track record in pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical, biologic/biotech, or medical device sales experience or recent Active Duty transition.
• Residing in the geography or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential oncology therapeutics within approved specialties and accounts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products' clinical efficacy and articulate a value proposition to customers.
• Develop account strategies with District Manager and internal partners to penetrate key accounts.
• Create pre- and post-call plans with objectives and supporting materials.
• Penetrate new and current accounts to increase sales in the territory.
• Utilize approved marketing tools and close sales to next steps.
• Discuss access and reimbursement options with customers to improve opportunities.
