Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Programming Lead in Oncology to lead programming activities for clinical trials and cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, data science/analytics/data engineering, public health, or other relevant field.
• 4+ years programming and/or clinical data management experience in pharma/clinical trials with increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of programming practices, tools and processes.
• Knowledge of data structures and languages for data manipulation (SAS, R, Python).
• CDISC Standards knowledge.
• Experience leading programming activities and coordinating teams.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholders and vendor oversight is preferred.
• Regulatory knowledge (ICH-GCP) and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, programming strategy, coordination, oversight, and execution for trials or projects.
• Design and develop programs for complex clinical data analysis and reporting.
• Support CDISC compliant data packages and reviewer guides.
• Provide technical guidance to team ensuring high quality, timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, managing escalations.
• Oversee outsourced programming activities to ensure scope, timelines and quality.
• Contribute to standards strategy and process improvement projects.
