Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Senior Scientist, Biostatistics to join our Innovative Medicine team in a hybrid, multi-site setup. The role focuses on oncology with solid tumors or hematologic malignancies, leading statistical analyses across trials and contributing to publications.

You will design studies, develop the SAP, perform analyses, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, regulatory, and data science colleagues. A PhD in Statistics or related field is required.

Qualifications

• PhD in Statistics or related field required, or Master's with 6+ years of clinical data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SAS and R required.
• Experience with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory drug development preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentations, required.
• Experience in Oncology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide statistical input into the clinical development of cancer drugs.
• Design clinical studies, lead the statistical analysis plan, and analyze data.
• Prepare scientific presentations and manuscripts.
• Participate in process improvements and advance statistical standards.
• Collaborate with statisticians, SAS programmers, trial managers, and regulatory affairs.
