Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Programming Lead in Oncology to lead trial programming activities, shape data analysis strategies, and ensure CDISC-compliant data packages across clinical programs.

You will oversee complex trial activities, mentor programming teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and ensure timely delivery in line with ICH-GCP guidelines and industry standards. This is a high-impact role within Innovative Medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, data science/analytics, public health or related field.
• 4+ years of programming and/or clinical data management experience in pharma/clinical trials.
• Knowledge of SAS and data structures; SAS required, R preferred.
• CDISC standards knowledge and experience coordinating programming activities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, program, coordinate, and oversee programming activities for clinical trials.
• Design and develop programs for complex clinical data analyses and reporting.
• Support submissions with CDISC-compliant data packages and reviewer guides.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to programming teams; ensure quality and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships when needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization across trials.
