Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant scientific/technical field.
4+ years programming experience in clinical data management.
SAS and CDISC standards knowledge.
Strong communication and project leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, program, coordinate, oversee activities per J&J IM and industry standards.
Design and develop programs for complex clinical data analyses.
Support submissions with CDISC compliant data packages.
Provide guidance to team and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve project goals.
Lead outsourced programming activities when applicable, ensuring scope and quality.
Contribute to process improvements and coding standards.
