Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Programming Lead, Oncology, to guide programming activities across complex clinical data analyses and reporting. You will design and implement SAS-based solutions, ensure CDISC standards, and mentor cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, data science/analytics, public health, or related field.
• 4+ years experience programming and/or clinical data management with increasing responsibility.
• Knowledge of programming practices (tools and processes) required.
• Knowledge of data structures and languages for data manipulation/statistical analysis (SAS, R, Python, etc.) including SAS is required.
• CDISC Standards knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute programming activities for clinical trials following JJ IM standards.
• Design and develop programs for complex clinical data analysis and reporting.
• Support submissions including CDISC-compliant data packages and reviewer guides.
• Provide guidance to team members and ensure high quality, timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet project goals and timelines.
