Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Programming Lead in Oncology to lead programming activities for complex clinical trials. The role requires advanced SAS/CDISC expertise and experience guiding cross-functional teams to timely, high-quality deliverables.

You’ll design programs for data analysis, support submissions, and oversee external vendor programming, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, mathematics, data science/analytics/data engineering, public health, or related field.
• 4+ years programming and/or clinical data management experience in pharma/clinical trials is required.
• Knowledge of SAS and R programming languages is required/preferred.
• CDISC Standards knowledge is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, program strategy, coordination, and execution of team activities for one or more trials or projects.
• Design and develop programs for complex clinical data analysis and reporting.
• Support submission activities including CDISC data packages and reviewer’s guides.
• Provide technical and project-specific guidance to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to achieve goals and manage escalations.
