AbbVie is seeking a senior clinical development leader to direct multiple program design, execution and data interpretation within a robust development portfolio. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across medical, regulatory, and operations to deliver high-quality trial data that informs product strategy.

The role requires extensive clinical trial experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifikationen

• MD or DO with relevant therapeutic specialty; residency strongly preferred.
• At least 5 years of clinical trial experience; 7 years preferred.
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently.
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the design and implementation of multiple clinical development programs.
• Oversee clinical study teams, monitor study integrity, and ensure enrollment/timelines.
• Responsible for design, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of protocols and regulatory documents.
• May oversee Medical/Scientific Directors and Clinical Scientists on related programs.
• Participate in Clinical Strategy Teams and contribute to Clinical Development Plans.
• Represent AbbVie in external meetings and stay current with regulatory standards.
