Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sciences; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant clinical trial experience in pharma
• Ability to run a complex clinical research program independently
• Proven leadership skills in a global cross-functional team
• Excellent written and spoken English communication
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements governing clinical trials

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of multiple clinical development programs
• Oversee study enrollment plans and timelines with operations
• Own the scientific content for protocols, CSRs and regulatory submissions
• Mentor scientific directors and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Represent AbbVie in external meetings and governance forums
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP and regulatory standards
