Job summary

Incyte, a leading global biopharmaceutical company, seeks an Oncology Business Director to lead a team dedicated to hematology/oncology markets. You will drive regional strategies, develop key Thought Leader relationships, and partner with functions to maximize opportunities.

The role requires proven sales and leadership experience, familiarity with oral oncolytics, and ability to recruit and coach field teams.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales and leadership performance.
• Experience in product marketing, access.
• Familiarity with Oral Oncolytics and Specialty Pharmacy is beneficial.
• Minimum relevant experience in sales/management in Oncology; experience with product launches preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook; database applications.
• Ability to maintain accurate sales reports and performance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to the OTSs and OASs on marketing, allocating, monitoring and leveraging resources.
• Develop local Thought Leader relationships to achieve aligned objectives.
• Conduct sales meetings to drive performance.
• Share best practices with direct reports, peers and HQ.
• Communicate and coach the execution of product marketing strategies.
• Conduct annual and on-going performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and company policies.
• Lead OTSs and OASs to meet revenue targets.
• Motivate, retain, and develop OTSs and OASs.
• Evaluate and coach field sales team members on product knowledge and oncology market.
• Screen, interview, and hire top talent for OTS/OAS roles.
• Develop business plans for regions and implement national sales strategies.
• Demonstrate understanding of evolving oncology marketplace and customer segments.
