Incyte is seeking an Oncology Business Director to lead a dedicated team within hematology/oncology, driving performance and collaboration with core functions. This role focuses on maximizing business opportunities and shaping product marketing strategies across regions.

The candidate will manage OTSs and OASs, build key Thought Leader relationships, and steer sales and launches in a dynamic oncology market. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Competenze

• Proven track record in sales and leadership performance.
• Experience in product marketing and market access.
• Familiarity with Oral Oncolytics and Specialty Pharmacy is beneficial.
• Oncology sales/management experience; experience with product launches preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook and database applications.
