Qualifications

12-15+ years biopharma industry experience.
8-12+ years oncology product sales experience.
Proven track record of oncology product launches.
Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
Must reside in territory and able to travel ~50%.

Responsibilities

Promote Revolution Medicines’ oncology portfolio in designated territory.
Exceed territory performance goals by positioning product benefits for patients.
Develop business plans with account targets and resources.
Engage with key stakeholders to remove barriers to care and improve access.
Balance virtual and in-person engagements; adapt to client preferences.
Analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Build deep, sustained customer relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
Represent the brands in a compliant and ethical manner.
