Qualifications

• MA/MS/BA/BS degree and 12-15+ years of biopharma industry experience.
• 8-12+ years of prior experience in oncology product sales.
• Proven track record of product launch success in the oncology space.
• Oral Oncolytic product launch experience.
• Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
• Proven performer in highly competitive marketplaces.
• Proven performer in solo-representative selling environments.
• Demonstrated success in small/midsize biotech environments.
• Ability to meet territorial travel requirements.
• Ability to travel to meetings/training/programs as necessary.
• Proven effectiveness in highly collaborative & cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must permanently reside in the territory they account for.
• ~50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Market Revolution Medicines’ product portfolio in the designated territory.
• Aim to exceed territory performance goals by positioning product benefits.
• Exhibit time management and prioritize high-impact engagements.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure patient access to RevMed products.
• Alternate between virtual and in-person engagements and plan territory strategy.
• Analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Develop deep customer relationships and offer value-driven solutions.
• Represent RevMed brands in a compliant and professional manner.
