Job summary

Genmab is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to build strong relationships with key customers across private practice, hospitals, and academic centers in the Columbus, Dayton, Charleston, Morgantown (WV) region. You will lead clinical and business discussions, drive product adoption, and develop territory plans to meet sales goals.

The role requires 4+ years in oncology sales/account management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• 4+ years in sales, marketing, or clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
• 4+ years Oncology sales/account management with proven performance.
• Hematology launch experience preferred.
• Strong analytics to build territory plans and drive results.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Genmab’s Oncology portfolio in the U.S. marketplace.
• Meet or exceed territory sales goals for the territory.
• Develop and implement robust territory business plans.
• Manage both virtual and in-person engagements.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and provide value-based solutions.
• Represent Genmab brands in a compliant and ethical manner.
