Revolution Medicines seeks an experienced Senior Oncology Account Manager to promote our oncology portfolio and build strong relationships with key customers across private practices, hospitals, and academic centers.

The role combines clinical and business leadership, delivering approved disease information and resources to decision-makers within the assigned territory, reporting to the Area Business Director.

Qualificações

• BA/BS or higher required with 12–15+ years biopharma experience.
• 8–12+ years oncology product sales experience required.
• Proven track record of successful oncology product launches.
• Experience launching oncology products with companion diagnostics.
• Proven performer in competitive marketplaces.
• Experience operating in solo-representative selling environments.
• Experience in small/midsize biotechnology environments.
• Must be able to travel to meetings/trainings.
• Valid driver’s license and residency in the territory.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Revolution Medicines’ oncology portfolio in designated territory.
• Exceed territory performance goals by positioning product benefits for suitable patients.
• Manage time to maximize patient impact and brand value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure patient access to RevMed products.
• Balance virtual and in-person engagements and craft business plans accordingly.
• Analyze market data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Develop deep customer relationships and provide value-driven solutions.
• Represent RevMed ethically, professionally, and in compliance with policies.
• Articulate disease, product information, and reimbursement pathways clearly.
