Vultr seeks a Senior Manager, Onboarding Programs to design and optimize GTM onboarding for new sales hires across a fast-growing cloud infrastructure company. The role emphasizes stakeholder management, data-informed decisions, and end-to-end program ownership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in onboarding/revenue programs, experience with data-driven ramp metrics, and loves building effective adult learning experiences with AI-enhanced tools.

Competenze

• At least 3+ years in a quota-carrying or revenue-focused role (SDR/AE/SE/CSM).
• 5+ years in enablement, onboarding, or revenue program ownership; built/run programs from scratch.
• Experience using data to tie onboarding to ramp speed, quota attainment, or retention.
• Proficient in Salesforce and Gong for rep performance analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; capable of owning onboarding communications independently.
• Proven ability to own a program end-to-end with cross-functional impact.
