• Design, build, and continuously optimize onboarding programs for new sales hires supporting Vultr's commercial org.
• Define ramp architecture, role-track design, graduation milestones, and readiness criteria.
• Partner with Product, Revenue Ops, and Sales leadership to ensure programs reflect real field conditions.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a quota-carrying revenue role and 5+ years in enablement or onboarding program ownership.
• Experience using data to connect onboarding programs to ramp speed, quota attainment, or retention.
• Skilled in Salesforce and Gong for rep performance analysis, and excellent written and verbal communication.
