Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Onboarding Operations Specialist for a hybrid role with substantial travel (65%) to deliver in-person onboarding and training for new advisor firms.

The role also handles back-office processing (35%) and collaboration with internal teams to improve onboarding processes. You will manage travel to advisor offices, train staff on Advisor Complete, review paperwork for accuracy, and maintain client records in Laserfiche.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in financial services or client onboarding roles.

Responsabilités

• Travel to advisor offices to deliver hands-on onboarding training and ongoing support.
• Serve as primary onboarding contact addressing operational and account setup questions.
• Lead training sessions for advisors and staff on onboarding workflows and documentation.
