Job summary

Kestra Holdings seeks a Sr. Onboarding Operations Specialist to support new advisor firms as they transition into the Kestra Financial ecosystem.

This hybrid role combines extensive travel (approximately 65%) with back-office operational processing (35%) during non-travel windows. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-facing environment, delivers accurate onboarding, and collaborates with internal teams to improve processes and share best practices within the firm.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or client onboarding roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office and record-keeping tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Advisor Support & Training: Travel to advisor offices to deliver hands-on onboarding and deliver training.
• Operational Processing & Back-Office Support: Process new accounts, transfers, rollovers, and set up features; validate paperwork; maintain client records.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervision, Trading and Cashiering to ensure smooth processing and responsive advisor inquiries.
