Job summary

Kestra Financial, Inc. is seeking an Onboarding Consultant to manage the transition of new financial advisors and teams to Kestra. You will coordinate with 5-8 onboarding firms, act as project manager, and ensure a seamless, referrable experience from LOI to graduation.

You will lead weekly Zoom sessions, educate staff on policies, and collaborate with multiple Kestra departments to resolve issues and drive successful transitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and analytical skills.
• Intermediate financial services industry knowledge and/or experience.
• Must routinely exercise independent judgment and be able to work independently.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Strong presentation skills.
• Must be able to manage projects efficiently and effectively, as well as meet established deadlines.
• Must be very detail oriented and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onboarding firms, serving as project manager and primary contact to ensure smooth transitions.
• Host weekly Zoom meetings to drive engagement and progress.
• Oversee registration tasks from LOI to graduation.
• Educate representatives on Kestra policies and procedures.
• Use Salesforce to track tasks and progress.
• Manage firm-related electronic files in SharePoint for transparency.
• Resolve technical, operational, or procedural issues during transition.
• Collaborate with Technology Solutions to ensure tool access for advisors.
• Provide regular progress updates to Head of Onboarding.
