Job summary

Great American Insurance Group seeks a Senior Employee Success Specialist within Strategic Comp to design and lead onboarding and workforce readiness initiatives. You will collaborate with leaders, SMEs, and shared services to craft scalable learning paths and knowledge practices across enterprise technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in organizational development, learning and development, or related strategic roles.
• Experience designing scalable programs, cross-functional collaboration, and driving technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Leads design, implementation, and continuous improvement of onboarding and employee success programs.
• Establishes onboarding workflows coordinating HR, administrative teams, hiring managers and SMEs.
• Partners with leaders to identify learning needs and develop scalable role-based paths.
• Develops knowledge management frameworks and knowledge libraries.
• Captures and preserves critical institutional knowledge, especially during workforce transitions.
• Drives adoption of productivity, collaboration, and AI technologies via learning strategies.
• Defines and tracks onboarding, learning, engagement, and adoption metrics.
