- Experience with VMS and Access Control environments in enterprise settings.
- Strong networking and system design knowledge.
- Experience deploying VMS and cameras, large-scale, multi-site environments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as on-site technical expert for one strategic enterprise account in the Dallas Region.
- Lead large-scale system installs and upgrades across sites, including licensing validation and firmware updates.
- Configure and test advanced analytics for security systems.
- Produce monthly system health reports and document deficiencies and corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with support and engineering teams, and ensure rapid resolution.
- Support annual preventative maintenance and site audits.
