Job summary

Aureate Group is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee all on-site operations for commercial construction projects, including office buildings, retail spaces, medical facilities, warehouses, and mixed-use developments.

You will supervise field activities, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, enforce safety protocols, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction with at least 4 in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Experience with construction management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
• OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain.
• U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States (proof required).

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Monitor project timelines and budgets, report progress and issues.
• Interpret and implement drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to meet quality standards.
• Resolve field issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Maintain daily logs and project documentation.
• Lead on-site meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure site maintenance and security of worksite and equipment.
