Qualifications

• Five (5) plus years of experience in construction, with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily field work and coordinate trades.
• Lead weekly safety meetings and enforce OSHA rules.
• Maintain daily logs and update project drawings.
• Inspect workmanship and manage punch lists through closeout.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and project managers to resolve issues quickly.
