Aureate Development seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to manage on-site construction for commercial projects in California. You will supervise field personnel, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet schedule, budget, and quality targets.

The role requires strong leadership, site safety focus, and proficient use of construction management software. Knowledge of blueprints and regulations is essential for successful project delivery.

Qualifications

Ten+ years of construction experience with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills; able to organize multiple trades.

Responsibilities

Supervise all on-site construction activities and personnel.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections.
Enforce safety regulations and ensure OSHA compliance.
Monitor project timelines and budgets and report progress to management.
Interpret and implement construction drawings and specifications.
Lead on-site meetings with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Maintain daily logs and ensure site security and maintenance.
