Qualifications

• Must be able to travel 15 days per year and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Work primarily in a Datacenter environment at customer site.
• Provide on-premise field repair at customer facility.
• Flexible hours and shifts, including weekends and holidays when needed.
• Identify root causes by working with customers on-site and researching information.
• Escalate unresolved issues and ensure quick, professional resolutions.
