City Year Buffalo seeks a Director of People Operations to oversee daily site operations, HR support, and budgeting within a hybrid on-site/remote model. You will partner with the Executive Director to ensure efficient workflows, strong staff engagement, and reliable financial controls.

The role leads talent sourcing, onboarding, benefits navigation, and site-wide policy implementation, collaborating with City Year headquarters to align with governance and program goals.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and report on site expenses and forecasts monthly.
• Lead budget design for City Year Buffalo site.
• Coordinate purchasing, invoicing and petty cash processes.
• Drive recruitment strategy and oversee onboarding for new staff.
• Maintain site operations and relationships with building management.
• Prepare board pre-reads and presentations for site governance.
