Interliance Consulting (NV), Inc. seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily development projects in Atlanta from acquisition through occupancy.

This in-office role includes travel to project sites as needed and requires coordinating development, design, and construction teams. The ideal candidate brings seven-plus years in construction and real estate, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage shifting priorities, schedules, and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, or construction management.
• 7+ years in construction and real estate; total 12+ years experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Adobe PDF, Bluebeam, Smartsheet and web PM software.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and management abilities.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Understanding of construction documents and interdisciplinary interactions.
• Experience with tenant fit-outs, ground-up, F&B, historic adaptive reuse.
