Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in architecture, engineering, real estate, or construction management.
• Seven years of experience in construction and real estate and twelve years of total professional work experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe PDF Professional, Bluebeam, Smartsheet, and web-based project management software.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Ability to manage and navigate shifting work priorities effectively.
• Thorough understanding of construction documents and how the disciplines interact.
• Understanding of sequencing of construction activities and construction means and methods.
• Project experience in tenant fit-outs, ground-up construction, food & beverage, historic adaptive reuse.
